RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Euro-E-Bikes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order or have changed your mind, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.You can return or exchange the product within 30 days of purchase. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. We will refund the full purchase amount or exchange the product for you.If you have any questions or concerns regarding our return and exchange policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING COSTS

Our goal is to ensure the fastest and best quality transport of your e-bike to your home. Euro-E-Bikes's exclusive parcel partner is Kuehne + Nagel — the world's leading logistics provider. Electric bicycles from Euro-E-Bikes are shipped in a 98-100% assembled 'ready-to-drive' state. This means that the recipient only needs to attach the left and right pedals and put the handlebars in the upright position. If an e-bike is not in stock, the delivery time is extended analogue to the delivery in our warehouse.

Where do we deliver our e-bikes?

We deliver to all countries in Europe within the EFTA agreement – All the EU member states, plus Switzerland and Norway. Price and delivery time vary according to the customer's specific destination and tracking link sent by email.

E-bikes from Euro-e-bikes are shipped in 'ready-to-ride' condition by Kuehne + Nagel - the world’s leading logistics company. Your order will be delivered directly to your delivery address. We deliver only 100% assembled e-bikes

Payment methods

At Euro-E-Bikes, we know that price and quality make all the difference when buying your e-bike. To guarantee you the most competitive price in Europe, we offer SEPA payment by bank transfer directly to the Euro-e-bikes bank account in France. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash on delivery (neither card nor cash) for logistic reasons.
