  • How to order?
    Register on our website or enter with your previously created account. Add items to cart from our online shop. Confirm your order from the cart and provide billing and shipping information. Receive your order at the specified address and within the estimated delivery time. If your basket contains several items, the package will only be sent when we have all the products you ordered in our warehouses, otherwise and in the event of a problem, Eurobikes will contact you to resolve it as soon as possible. The total price of all items you are going to order, plus shipping and handling fees (if applicable) will be shown in the order summary before confirmation, once you enter the delivery address .
  • Payment Method
    SEPA PAYMENT By bank transfer (recommended): click on the "Buy now" button to complete the order. Then you will have all the information to make the payment by bank transfer. Keep in mind that until your money is received in our account, your order will not be confirmed or reserved, it is possible that when paying by transfer your order may experience a slight delay of a few days. Payment methods may vary depending on the country of destination of your order, in any case, once you have provided all your personal data, we will tell you the available methods and any costs involved. Our website has SSL security protocols so that your data is not compromised at any time. Likewise, any information you enter regarding your credit cards is managed externally by Redsys and Paypal, so the security of your banking details is fully guaranteed.
  • Price, VAT and Customs
    The prices of the products offered on the Web are indicated in euros (€) including Value Added Tax (VAT). In the icon with the € euro symbol located at the top right you can modify and choose the currency in which to display the price of the products. Even if the transaction will continue to be made in euros, you will be able to see at any time in the basket, the basket and the order the total price to be paid in the selected currency, as well as the exchange rate of the currency in question in relation to the euro. Eurobikes, in accordance with European legislation, charges VAT on all orders destined to territories belonging to the European Union, with the exception of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, which are exempt from VAT. Eurobikes can refund the amount corresponding to VAT if your area is outside the European area or due to special conditions your area is exempt from VAT. In order to process this procedure with guarantees, you must contact our accounting department via the contact form on the site. Additional costs of any order arising from customs procedures and tariffs will be paid by the customer at the destination (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, non-EU countries Once payment is made, it is understood that all conditions reflected herein are accepted without exception. Offers and promotions will be expressly indicated, it being understood that an excessively low price compared to the rest of the products or equal to zero will be due to an error, for which the final purchase process of the product that has said price will not be error , including in the products present in the "OUTLET" section.
  • Shipping cost
    The shipping costs that we apply is the same regardless of your country to which the order is destined in Euro Zone. The cost value is € 150,00 *Some countries have islands and territories which due to simple geography may cause increased shipping costs and delivery times, these costs will be passed on before making payment for your order, so you do not have no surprises!
  • Exchange or Returns Insurance
    We have insurance for returns or size changes that you can purchase before finalizing the order and which guarantees a reduced price in case you want to return the order or change the size of any of the items. This insurance will cost €6.99 for Spain (except the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and Portugal (except the Azores and Madeira), and €9.99 for European Union countries belonging to zone 1 and zone 2 (see shipping cost regime). Return or size change insurance will be limited to one change per order or item, which may change size or return several items from the same order at the same time. If you are unsure of your size or if it is a gift, be sure to purchase this insurance so that the process of returning or changing sizes will be much cheaper.
  • Cancel or modify an order
    If for any reason you wish to make changes to your order, you can contact us by opening a Ticket and we will do everything in our power to implement the change, as long as the order has not left our facilities. Please note that changing an order may result in shipping delays or delays. If the order has already left our facilities, it must be processed once it arrives at its destination as if it were a return or a change of size, incurring the shipping costs.
  • Order Delivery Time
    The delivery time of each item is reflected before adding it to the cart and once the delivery address data has been included. We try to be as accurate as possible at all times, but unforeseen events may occur due to stock in our warehouses or with our suppliers. In these cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to keep you informed and find the most comfortable solution for you. Note: We remind you that the delivery time for your product(s) begins upon confirmation of payment by the financial institution. Shipments to the Canary Islands are expensive and require more paperwork than any other shipment to the European area, so delivery times are sensitive to frequent changes. We are committed to expediting these shipments as much as possible, but the customer must keep in mind that the ship with the merchandise only sails on Fridays, and it may take several days in our warehouses for the package to be ready to be shipped, so we ask for patience if the shipment is delayed for a few days. These expeditions take between 10 and 15 days to reach the islands. In the event of changes during the preparation or progress of the shipment of political, technical, environmental, economic, public health circumstances or other factors beyond the control of the parties which result in a delay in the delivery of the order, Eurobikes will be exempt from any liability for such delay. In the event that for these reasons beyond the control of the parties and directly affecting the progress of the sale, it would be difficult or impossible to comply with the delivery obligations, Eurobikes will inform the customer of the incident so that both parties can agree on an amicable solution to the conflict.
  • Tracking Control
    Every order has a tracking number once it leaves our facility which you can view from your profile on our website. From the summary of your orders you will have access to download the invoice and a link to our transport agency with live tracking of your order. On some occasions, the shipping agency finds that there is no one at the address at the time of delivery, in these cases you can contact them directly to arrange redelivery from the same tracking link.
  • My order arrived damaged
    Sometimes the package leaving our facility may have suffered a blow during transport or even been opened during travel. If you detect a problem at the time of delivery by our transport agency, do not accept the order, refuse it and notify us by e-mail, we will send you a new order upon receipt of the damaged package. If you have already collected the package without realizing that it was damaged, contact us by e-mail within a maximum of 24 hours in order to provide you with a quick and satisfactory solution. After these 24 hours, EuroBikes is not responsible for any error or damage arising from delivery in the order, and any claim will be treated as a factory warranty and subject to its conditions. We recommend that if you have received a damaged package, you take some photos for a possible claim. You can then open the package and check if all the contents are in perfect condition.
  • Returns
    Products purchased from Ride bikes benefit from a return period of 14 calendar days from receipt, provided that they are new, unused, complete and in their original packaging at the time of return. The above will not apply to products which, due to their nature, involve minimal and essential use to verify their suitability for customer requirements (helmets, jackets, gloves, etc.). This will also not apply to perishable or personalized items. If after exercising the right of withdrawal, Eurobikes verifies that the product has not been returned under the conditions described above, said right will not be effective or will be deducted from the depreciation that the product may have suffered due to the handling. In the event that the order is returned to the customer, the latter will assume the transport costs generated. Return costs will be the responsibility of the customer as long as they are not due to an error on our part, in which case Eurobikes will be responsible for all costs arising from the return of the product. Returns will only be accepted for products delivered with all accessories, boxes, labels, etc. and contain no signs of use. In case the item shows signs of use, it will be returned to the customer. If you do not have the insurance taken out, the return costs will be the responsibility of the customer. All changes and returns to Eurobikes must be made by our transport agency. In this way we guarantee the arrival of the product and in the event of possible loss of the package during shipping, your purchase will be covered. The refund of the amount of the returned products will be made, as far as possible, by the original payment method of the order, if this is not possible we will contact you to agree on another payment method.
  • Return fees
    The return or product change fees that we apply are different depending on the country from which the return is made. Similar to shipping costs, some islands and territories may result in increased costs and delivery times.
  • How To Use My Coupons
    Where can I see my coupons? In the My data > My coupons section, you can consult all the available coupons. Here you indicate the name of the coupon, the discount applied and the expiration date. Coupons already used cannot be viewed. Terms of use The discount is applied to the price including tax. The discount only applies to products selected for the promotion. Products outside of promotions or other purchase conditions (shipping costs, insurance, returns, etc.) are not discounted. Only one coupon can be applied for each order. They cannot be combined with other coupons. The coupon is for single use. Once used, it disappears from the My Coupons section. The coupon can be applied to multiple products or units of the same order, as long as they are part of the promotion. How do I know which products have a coupon? Products with an available coupon have an icon at the bottom left of the thumbnail image. Also find all the products with discount vouchers in the Promotions category. On the product detail page, you can also find the coupon icon just below the product title. How to use the coupon? Add a product with an assigned coupon to the cart. Go to cart. From the drop-down menu below the order summary, select the coupon you want to apply. The price of the product with the coupon will appear reduced in the list of products in your cart. Complete your purchase. Before finalizing the purchase, review your order and make sure the coupon is applied. If there is no product with an assigned coupon in the cart, the corresponding coupon will not appear in the cart. You must select the coupon in the cart for the discount to be applied. Coupons are not applied automatically. If, once you have selected the coupon, you wish to cancel it and reserve it for future purchases, simply click the X in the drop-down menu so that the discount is not applied. Refunds are made on the total amount paid, without implying the recovery of the use of the coupon. IMPORTANT: in the order summary and invoice, the price of products with a coupon already appears reduced. To calculate the Order Total, it is not necessary to subtract the coupon amount, since it has already been calculated previously.
